We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.

1. No Refunds: Once the service is booked and paid for, no refunds are provided for any reason.

2. Full Payment at Booking: The entire service fee is required to be paid at the time of booking.

3. Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled, free of charge, up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment. Appointments rescheduled within 48 of an appointment will be charged a Rescheduling Fee. 

4. Rescheduling Fees: $35 per change for in-clinic services, $50 for in-home services.

5. To respect the time of patients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Patients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may jeopardize the accuracy of their metabolic test by being insufficiently rested. Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and will be charged a Rescheduling Fee.

6. No-show Policy: Unattended appointments will be charged 50% of the missed service.

7. Our cancellation policy to protect patients: We reserve the right to cancel an appointment. Should such a cancellation occur within 48 hours prior to your appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without additional fees, based on availability.
